Zeke.

He's a big fella.

Wali curled up by the fire on a cold rainy night.

What a magnificent dog! What kind of regal mix is he?How old ,how high and how much hair comes off him?How does he look in the snow?Is he a sook? How did he come to have you?Does he favour you or your Hubby? Is the cat the boss?

Ezekiel's a Great Pyrenees, and he belongs to my parents. He deigned to visit us last night. He loves my mother and my husband and kindly tolerates the rest of us. He and the cat have reached an accomodation -- I wouldn't say either is the boss.

He's taller than 30 inches at the shoulder and weighs probably 130 pounds. He loves the snow -- he wouldn't come indoors in the winter unless dragged -- he looks great out there. Just another snowdrift.

I'm cold. Can I warm up by your fireplace?

My dear, cold is one thing you most certainly are not. But sure. In fact, if you think you can figure out what's wrong with the ballast, I'll ship it to you. It's an old fluorescent light box for spotting negatives, now a bygone technology.
