Oh god Ive opened a nursery
Things to do this week.
run busy gardening buisness,
Bake bread 2 days,
Make 20 litres of Quince jam,
Make large planters,
Deliver herbs,
etc-etc-etc.
Don't panic.
This is the old stable at the back of the Conservatory Cafe in sunny Cygnet. Now it is the Conservatory Nursery, specialising in endemic Tasmanian plants and not very endemic Bali garden sculpture.
Here are some of my favorite plants.

20 liters of quince jam?!? I like quince jam myself, but... are you insane? Why so much? A windfall crop of quinces that must be preserved or rot? Please, I implore you, get a freezer before you work yourself into an early grave.
Ha ha,I make jam to sell and a friend has the biggest and most productive Quince tree Ive ever seen. This is the last batch this season,I reckon ive used at least 40 kilos of fruit, all from that tree.
Oh and I have recently become the proud owner of a magnificent chest freezer.
Freezers are the best invention ever ever ever! We're still eating last year's tomatoes, tomatillos, raspberries, squash, and pig. Just starting to put up this year's rhubarb. Do you have rhubarb? The gift that keeps on giving.
I wonder whether quinces would live through our winters? Must check...
