you can make the most tasty dumplings with those peeled spirals. Take Filo dough, brush with egg wash place apple spiral in the middle, sprinkle with a little sugar and cinnamon and pull up the corners of the dough and stuff it in the spiral hole. egg wash the outside and bake until golden brown. You'll love it!

I have the peeler, but mine doesn't core. I'm going to reinspect mine because it's entirely possible that it cores and I just haven't figured out how yet.

I love the peeler part though!

I have that peeler too, and I can't get it to behave. The spirals break, and the peels are too shallow or gouge deep into the fruit. Maybe my apples are just too asymmetrical. Or I'm too drunk.
