Huzzah, habeas corpus is now a footnote in legal history. At least now we have a better idea of who it is that hates our freedoms. Oh, and Ken Lay isn't guilty after all because he died. We should all be so lucky!

Home of the free indeed. Such draconian measures have already been taken in Australia, so yet again we lead the way. Huzzah indeed.

Oh god-it all makes me want to crawl under a rock.Australians seem to be letting so many things slip away,little things like health care,the welfare system,free education,reasonably priced education,unions.Everythings F...ed-if you want me I will be rocking and dribbling under the mullberry tree.
Ah well, at least we still have our bread. And our circuses, like this one, to prevent us noticing.
