Red spinach
Another of my favorite weird and tasty veg.This spinach is so pretty among the green of the english spinach and silverbeet.It also seeds itself,is great raw or cooked and it keeps its colour when cooked.

Ooh, aahh! Orach is sometimes (though rarely) available around here in the markets. I'll have to see whether I can find some seed...
